Talitha Wallick, Registered Yoga Teacher, M.Ed,  is a born and raised Austinite. She is a certified AMI Montessori teacher, consultant, and director/owner of Helping Hands Montessori Services. 

She incorporates Yoga into her daily life with children and adults alike.

YO GIRL!

What: A small group supporting young teen girls. Each week we will use yoga, cooking, talking and movement to grow and learn in the name of fun and discovery.

When: 6 week session- Meets every Monday at 4:30 - 6pm. Beginning Monday, September 9, 2013.
